MAPtest 4050Advanced sensors detect the content of carbon dioxide and oxygen in the sample gas, and the microprocessor analyzes the output from the sensors and displays the detection results within five seconds.

Due to the use of highly stable sensors,MAPtest 4050It can perform automatic verification. Perform the initial verification after preheating, and automatically perform subsequent verifications at certain time intervals. The automatic verification process can also be manually triggered. No need to verify the gas.

MAPtest 4050There are two sampling methods. You can use randomly provided sampling probes and open the built-in pump to extract sample gas from the packaging. This probe is suitable for one handed operation, and the pump can be set to suction 5-90 milliliters of sample gas. Alternatively, a manual needle can be used to inject sample gas into the instrument through a septum. When using this sampling method, the instrument automatically detects the flow rate of the sample gas.

User programmable four limit settings are used to check whether the detection results pass, and each setting can be easily selected as needed.

MAPtest 4050Use a backlit four line display screen to show the percentage content of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and remaining nitrogen, as well as pass/fail information (if the limit setting value is activated). If the oxygen content is below 10%, the accuracy can reach 0.01%, which can be used to detect residual oxygen content very accurately.

MAPtest 4050The built-in fast printer can print out test results for different dates and times. You can turn off this feature when not needed.
